Birch, Inc. is a one-stop business document and print communications firm that helps hundreds of mid-size businesses and organizations across the United States to efficiently and effectively document and communicate with their internal and external associates. Founded in 1969, Birch is headquartered northeast of Indianapolis with branch sales offices near Denver and Tampa.
Clients work with Birch for some or all of these related services:
- To design of printed business communications (forms, marketing pieces; electronic & printed)
- Imaging and scanning services
- To produce, deliver, store, and/or mail printed material (paper, plastic, metal, etc.)
- To supply a wide variety of related products (production & shipping labels, printer ribbons, promotional products, advertising specialties)
- To coordinate with client’s planners to minimize the client’s leadtimes, inventory, and costs

Birch is a long-standing member of the Print Services Distribution Association (PSDA) and SAGE (advertising specialties. Birch’s staff has been active in both Business Forms Management Association (BFMA) and Direct Marketing Association (DMA) over the years. These professional associations keep us current on industry issues and printing technology and services. We abide by the by-laws, trade customs, and business ethics and practices expected of members of these associations.
